A named engagement lead in Winjit’s New York office is the founder’s day-to-day contact. The engineering team in India overlaps with US Eastern time from 8:00 to 11:00 ET every working day for stand-ups, demos and decisions. All work happens in the startup’s own repositories and tools, so the founder sees progress as it is committed.
Every change passes human code review before merge, and architecture and release decisions are signed off by named people. The framework cannot merge or release anything on its own.
