You will be responsible to provide administrative rule and support to the entire faculty. This includes answering phones, coordinating messages, mailings, submitting expenses, organizing travel, processing invoices, organizing weekly sales accordingly. Filing a range of different paperwork is mandatory and a requirement. The Individual should have the skillset to convert reporting and daily activity into a comprehensible report scheme.The individual will also be required to interact with the marketing team and assist with the preparation and organizing of promotional material for such an event.
