Campus Corporate Connect Program in Collaboration with NASSCOM Future Skills!

At Winjit, we firmly believe that education is the cornerstone of personal and professional growth. We are thrilled to announce the launch of our latest initiative, the WinAble Campus Corporate Connect (CCC) Program, in collaboration with NASSCOM FutureSkills. This program aims to create a future-ready workforce in Nashik, equipping students with the skills needed to thrive in a tech-driven world. 

Project WinAble – C3 

WinAble by Winjit is part of our broader Project WinAble – C3, which focuses on making students employable by bridging the Industry-Academia gap. This industry-focused companion learning program is designed to elevate the employability of fresh graduates, ensuring they are well-prepared to meet the demands of the modern workforce. 

Program Highlights:

• Partnership with Six Prestigious Institutions: We've teamed up with six leading educational institutions in Nashik to provide cutting-edge training. 
• Training in Six Key Technologies: Students will receive training in Java, .NET Full Stack, Android, iOS, MEAN Stack, and Software Testing. 
• Impacting Over 360 Students: Our first batch will impact the lives of over 360 students, with the program set to continue as an ongoing initiative. 
• Guidance from Experienced Mentors: 24 experienced Campus Mentors from Winjit will provide guidance and mentorship on practical applications of these technologies. 

NASSCOM's Corporate Campus Connect Initiative

The NASSCOM Corporate Campus Connect initiative is a joint effort by the Directorate of Technical Education, Government of Maharashtra, NASSCOM SME Council, and FutureSkills Prime. This initiative aims to build sustained engagement between small to mid-sized IT/ITES organizations and academic institutions from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. Its goal is to create a future-ready workforce by fostering a robust connection between industry and academia.

Our Vision

The WinAble CCC Program, in collaboration with NASSCOM, is designed to shape the careers of tomorrow's leaders, fostering a community of skilled professionals who will contribute to the growth of the tech industry and society at large. Students who complete the training will have access to better career opportunities not only in Nashik but also across all NASSCOM member companies.
